What standard do we aim for?
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What have we done?
- Every page works with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Text and controls meet contrast guidelines in light and dark mode.
- Forms have real labels, and errors are announced.
- Charts come with a table of the same numbers.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for it.
- Videos play in players that support captions where the video provides them.
What are the known limits?
Listing photos and descriptions come from the MLS and often lack image descriptions. Maps are visual; every place on a map is also listed in text on the same page. Third-party content such as videos may not meet every guideline.
