What is it like to live in Stonebridge?
Stonebridge is a 502 acre village on the western edge of Summerlin, west of the 215 Beltway and just north of Charleston Boulevard, close to the boundary of Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area. It sits on raised ground, so many streets look east over the valley and west to the mountains. Summerlin gave the village a Prairie Highland design theme that carries through the architecture, walls, landscaping, and colors.
Home sales started in 2018 with Caledonia by KB Home. Over the next few years Summerlin reported prices from the high $300,000s at the start to more than $1 million for the largest plans, with homes from about 1,780 to nearly 4,500 square feet. Stonebridge is no longer on Summerlin's list of villages with builders actively selling, so most homes for sale now are resales.
The neighborhoods include Caledonia and Bristle Vale by KB Home, Westcott and Graycliff by Lennar, Foxtail and Starling by Pulte, Bixby Creek by Woodside, Scots Pine and Skye Knoll by Richmond American, Shadow Point by Toll Brothers, and Sandalwood by Tri Pointe. Heritage at Stonebridge by Lennar is staff gated and limited to buyers 55 and older, with its own clubhouse, pool, fitness center, and pickleball courts.
Stonebridge Park is the center of the village. The paved Red Rock Legacy Trail starts at Charleston and Sky Vista, and Doral Academy Red Rock, a tuition-free public charter school, is in the village. Downtown Summerlin is about seven minutes away by car. Next door are Redpoint to the north and The Paseos to the east.
What is there to do outside in Stonebridge?
A village park with lighted fields, a new paved trail toward Red Rock Canyon, and larger Summerlin parks a few minutes east.
- Stonebridge Park
About 11 acres at 870 Crossbridge Road, opened in April 2021, with lighted soccer fields, a lighted basketball court, pickleball courts, a cornhole court, a playground, shaded picnic areas, and a link to the Summerlin trail system.
- Red Rock Legacy Trail
The first mile of this paved path opened in April 2026, heading west from Charleston Boulevard and Sky Vista Drive, with a trail parking lot and a new traffic signal at the corner. The full plan runs 19 miles to Blue Diamond.
- Fox Hill Park
An adventure themed Summerlin park at 231 Antelope Ridge Drive, a short drive east, with play areas and a connection to the trail system.
- Paseos Park and Vistas Park
Two larger Summerlin parks nearby, at 12122 Desert Moon and 11322 Parkside Way. The Vistas Community Center is next to Vistas Park.

What should you check before buying in Stonebridge?
Add up both association fees, look for a special improvement district balance on the tax bill, and ask whether any solar panels are owned or leased.
- Every association fee
The Summerlin West Community Association is $69 a month in 2026. Ask for the resale package from each association on the home, including the neighborhood one and Heritage at Stonebridge if it applies.
- SID and LID assessments
Summerlin West has special improvement districts that paid for roads and utilities. Check the Clark County tax bill and the title report for a balance before you remove contingencies.
- Solar
If the home has panels, find out whether they are owned or leased. A lease passes to you and needs the solar company's approval.
- New build or resale
Builders have moved on to newer villages, so most homes here are resales. Compare against new homes in nearby villages that are still selling.
- Views and lot position
Stonebridge sits on raised ground, and views vary a lot from one street to the next. Walk the lot and check what could be built in front of it.
- Yard and pool approvals
Pools, patio covers, and landscaping changes need design review approval from the associations. Ask before you plan on any of them.
