HENDERSON
Sun City Anthem
Located in the Anthem hills, adjacent to Anthem Country Club sits the largest 55+ community in the Las Vegas area. Sun City Anthem has two championship 18 hole golf courses at the Revere Golf Club. They also have one of the largest community centers with an indoor and outdoor pool, fitness center, tennis, bar & restaurant, walking paths and plenty of more activities in and around the clubhouse. Sun City MacDonald Ranch
Located slightly northeast of Sun City Anthem you'll find the smaller 55+ community of Sun City MacDonald Ranch. This community is situated on a slightly smaller 18 hole executive golf course called Desert Willow. Similar to the other Sun City communities, MacDonald Ranch offers a clubhouse with plenty of community activities, a fitness center, pool/spa, tennis, restaurant and hiking trails. SUMMERLIN
Sun City Summerlin
Sun City Summerlin is located on the west side of the Las Vegas valley and is a very popular area due to the nearby shopping, freeway access and slightly cooler climate due to the elevation being a little higher. Siena
Siena is a guard gated 55+ community on the south part of Summerlin. This community is very close to freeway access, shopping and dining. Sun City Aliante is roughly 35 minutes north from the center of Las Vegas and the Las Vegas strip. The north offers a different feel from both the Summerlin and Henderson areas however there's still tons of shopping and dining in the area with newly built freeway access.
