In Henderson, Lake Las Vegas feels worlds away from the city's bright lights, despite being only 20-30 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip and Harry Reid Airport. There's even a 55+ adult community, ensuring there's something for everyone.

The area features a town center with dining and shopping options, the Hilton Hotel, and two golf courses, one public and one private. The Valaris Community

Our tour focused on Blue Heron's Valaris community and the Trace plan model home. This two-story home, though our clients were interested in a single-story, highlighted Blue Heron's luxurious features that are available in every home. The home has tall ceilings, a private dock, and a primary bedroom with a fireplace, custom closet, and a wet bar. The media room and bar/lounge area were particularly impressive, offering flexible spaces for entertainment and relaxation.

The integration of indoor and outdoor spaces is a hallmark of Blue Heron's design philosophy. The living areas open up to an outdoor entertaining space, so the move between inside and out feels natural.

Picking the Home

During our visit, we explored various lots within the community. The lots on the waterway were particularly desirable for their views and proximity to the lake. Our clients favored the single-story Zenna plan, appreciating its closeness to the water and it checked all the boxes with being a single story. The Zenna plan allowed for modifications such as a multi-generational suite, a bar area, and a media room, which gave them what they needed.

We had the chance to use 3D walkthroughs to visualize the floor plan changes in real-time, which helped them make decisions. Clients can see their home take shape before construction even begins.
