Sun City Aliante is the 55+ part of Aliante, the master-planned community in North Las Vegas. Del Webb opened it with Aliante in 2003 and finished the last of its 2,028 homes in 2008. The homes are single-family, most of them single story, and sized for two people: roughly 1,155 to 2,105 square feet.

Daily life centers on the clubhouse, open seven days a week. It has an indoor lap pool and spa, a fitness center, an aerobics studio, a ballroom, a billiards room, and craft studios, with tennis, pickleball, bocce, and horseshoes outside. An activities director runs more than 30 clubs. Aliante Golf Club sits next to the homes and is public, so you pay as you play rather than buy a membership.

Because the whole village was built in five years, the homes are close in age, and buyers today are choosing between floor plans and how each home has been updated. Owners belong to two associations: the Sun City Aliante association, which runs the clubhouse, and the Aliante Master Association.
