What is it like to live in Seven Hills?

Seven Hills sits on the rising ground at the south edge of Henderson, so a lot of homes here get a view back across the valley to the Strip. American Nevada Corporation, the company that built Green Valley, joined the project in 1996 and building started that spring. Today it covers about 1,300 acres with more than 2,500 homes and condos, from townhomes to custom estates.

The community is not gated as a whole. Most neighborhoods are open or have their own gate, and five are guard gated: Terracina and Venezia, next to the golf course, plus Rapallo, Presidio, and Renaissance. The street names follow an Italian and music theme, and so do the parks: Sonata, Vivaldi, Puccini, and Allegro.

The golf course at the center was designed by Rees Jones and opened in 1997 as Rio Secco. Cabot took over operations in 2022 and renamed it Serket in 2025, and it is still open to the public, so there is no club membership tied to your home. Every home pays the Seven Hills master association, and most neighborhoods add their own dues, with the guard gated ones costing the most. Seven Hills is inside the City of Henderson in ZIP code 89052, and Henderson International School, a private school, is in the community.
